Today a good friend reminded me of something very important. She reminded me that during these difficult times we cannot allow ourselves to become desensitized by the constant barrage of COVID19 info and COVID 19 death toll numbers on the TV and the Internet. We have to remember that behind each one of those death toll numbers, is a name, a face and someone's family member. As each of us finds our own way to keep our sanity and find hope and strength to survive these challenging times we have to remember that we are not alone. There are billions of people around the world going through the same thing that we are. Reach out and connect to someone else. Share your journey and your struggles with them. You don't have to walk through these difficult days alone. Better days will come again. I don't know how. I don't know when... but they will.
